Commencement of Academic Session 2024 – 2025

NOTIFICATION

This is to notify all concerned in regards to commencement of academic session 2024 – 2025
and programs of following days which is stated under:

1. 01 July 2024 (Monday)
· Commencement of Academic Session (ODD Semester 2024).
· Compulsory attendance for all employees (teaching and non-teaching staff).
· Entry into residences (hostels) for all 3rd and 5th Semester residential students (hostellers).
· Hostellers must enter the residence before 06:00 PM.
· Dinner will not be served at the hostel and student must enter the hostel after meal.
· Preparation of time tables, departmental meetings, etc.

2. 02 July, 2024 (Tuesday)
· Employees Retreat/Refreshers program.
· Entry into residences (hostels) for 1st Semester residential students (hostellers).
· Hostellers (1st Semester students) must enter the residence between 4:00PM - 5:00PM.
  Dinner will be served at the hostel.
· Settlement and cleaning of residences by resident students (hostellers).

3. 03 July, 2024 (Wednesday)
· Commencement of regular classes for ODD Semester 2024.
· Commencement of new student’s induction program.
· Compulsory attendance for all students.
· Morning assembly will start at 09:15 AM for all community members.
