Higher ans Technical Institute, Mizoram (HATIM) will be organising a Youth Festival - *HILL FEST*
on 17 & 18 March, 2023 at HATIM Campus, Kawmzawl.
The main goal of this fest is to provide a platform for youth to showcase their talents and creativity.
