The dedication ceremony for the new warden quarters for the Gents’ Residence was held on 4th February 2025 at HATIM Campus, Kawmzawl. The event was attended by faculty members, students, and special guests. The purpose of the ceremony was to formally inaugurate the newly constructed warden’s residence, ensuring better facilities and accommodation for hostel management.
The ceremony began with a ribbon-cutting and dedication service led by Rev. R. Lalnunzira (AGS Service, BCM), followed by a brief report by Lalramzauva, Engineer, BCM, and a tour of the new quarters.

The foundation laying ceremony for the new Multipurpose Hall at HATIM was also held on the same day. This event marked a significant milestone in the college’s development, aiming to provide a versatile space for academic and extracurricular activities.
The foundation stone was laid by Rev. R. Lalbiakliana (General Secretary, BCM), who commended the college’s efforts in enhancing its infrastructure. Faculty members, students, and staff witnessed the occasion, and a short prayer was conducted for the successful completion of the project.
The chief guest highlighted the benefits of the upcoming hall for both students and staff. This was followed by a brief report presented by Upa Victor Lalremruata (Property Department Director, BCM).
The foundation laying of the multipurpose hall marks the beginning of an important project that will greatly benefit the college community.
