HATIM ALUMNI ASSOCIATION OFFICE BEARERS MEETING

On 9th December, 2024, a formal meeting (via Google Meet) was convened to officially transition leadership responsibilities from the outgoing office bearers of the HATIM Alumni Association (2018-2024) to the newly elected office bearers for the term 2024-2027. This important event was attended by members from both the outgoing and incoming teams.

The formal handover of responsibilities was conducted with mutual respect and a shared commitment to the association’s objectives.

A joint meeting of the outgoing and incoming office bearers was held immediately after the handover to discuss pressing matters and ensure a smooth transition. Key points of discussion included:

Plans to increase membership were discussed, with the aim of reaching out to more alumni and encouraging their active participation. Proposed initiatives conducting awareness campaigns through social media and alumni networks.
