Technical Committee has been established in the year 2012 with three committee members. It has initiated a number of activities to the field of learning technology and serve the needs for the improvement of the college.

The basic objective of Technical Committee is to help and support by providing technical facilities in the areas where teaching learning processes can be enhanced. It is also aim that to standardize the college in every possible ways in the field of technical infrastructure development.

The following are the work done by Technical Committee during the last academic year:
LCD PROJECTOR-CLASSROOM: It is one of the most important achievements for the college to improve our Teaching-Learning Processes. In order to meet UGC recommendation i.e. at least 50% of total Classroom should be equipped with LCD Projector-enabled Classroom; we have been setting up LCD projector with HDMI cable for the interface in the following Classrooms. Commerce Department, Computer Science Department, Social Work Department, English Department.
LCD projector cannot be fixed in all the classroom right now because of the limitation of funds and some other inconveniences. Apart from the above 4-classroom, the following rooms are prepared and used for Common Projector Classroom: Computer Lab.(Extension) Conference Hall,Old Tuck-Shop Room
Therefore, 58% of Total classroom are now LCD Projector-enabled classroom. In order to implement this project, we also bought 3 New Laptop for each department (one Laptop already purchased before). The Total expenditure is around 1.82 Lakhs.
SETTING-UP OF CCTV IN THE COLLEGE: Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) camera has been putting up to standardize and for security purposes in 8-different locations such as Principal’s Room, Main Office, Library, Computer Lab cafeteria and Corridors. The configurations of CCTV are: 8-Channel DVR, Camera (Night vision, 8 nos.), 1-TB Hard disk, Monitor AOC 22’’ (1 no.), Video/audio Cable (2 coil), BNC Jack (8 pairs), Power Adapter (2 nos.). In order to capture or record continuously it requires consistent power supply. We also bought Sukam Inverter 650VA with big Tubular Battery. The Total Expenditure is around Rs.75, 000.00
NEW COMPUTER SET FOR PRINCIPAL’S ROOM: One new computer set purchased for Principal’s Room with the configurations of core i3 (3rd generation), 2 GB DDR3 RAM, 500GB HDD, 18.5” Acer Monitor, UPS, etc. amounting to Rs.26, 500.00
NEW BIO-METRIC ATTENDANCE SYSTEM: The existing Bio-metric Attendance System was replaced with newer device called Real-soft Attendance System that provides easy and better information about our daily attendance report. This device is connected with the computer of the in-charge person by LAN cable to make it easy for printing. The cost of the device is around Rs.8500.00
